By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell games, puzzles, retro gaming items, RC toys, and related products, shipped directly from our supplier network. Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith, but colors, packaging, and minor details may vary slightly from what's shown.

All prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, do not include customs duties or import taxes that may apply to your order (see our Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we will refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occur outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, holidays).

If you're an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order after delivery, without giving a reason. Full details on how this works in practice — including who covers return shipping — are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

We stand behind what we sell. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how we resolve this.

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or using it in a way that violates applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, GamesAndBits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delays in delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
