Returns & Refunds

Last updated: July 2026

Not happy with your order?

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at GamesAndBits.

Your right to cancel

If you're an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items.

How to start a return

Step 1 — Contact us

Email us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact page. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and — if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — a photo.

Step 2 — We confirm next steps

Because items ship directly from our supplier network rather than a local warehouse, what happens next depends on the reason:

Step 3 — Refund

Once your return is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Who pays return shipping?

Reason for returnReturn shippingRefund
Damaged, defective, or wrong itemNot required in most casesFull refund or free replacement
Changed my mind / no longer wantedCustomer's responsibilityRefund of item price once return is confirmed

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we typically won't ask you to ship anything back — return shipping to our overseas suppliers often costs more than the item itself, so in most cases we'll simply issue a refund or send a replacement once we've confirmed the issue.

Condition requirements

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Include your order number with any correspondence
  • Returns requested after the 14-day window may be declined

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't yet been forwarded to our supplier — this usually happens quickly after purchase, so reach out as soon as possible. If it's already on its way, follow the return process above instead.

Questions
