How shipping works
GamesAndBits ships every order directly from our supplier network — this lets us keep prices low by skipping a middleman warehouse. Because of that, items arrive from overseas rather than from local stock.
Processing & delivery times

Delivery times can run longer around major holidays or during high demand. We'll always email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Orders of €35.00 or more ship free. Orders under that have a flat €4.99 shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands only. We're working on expanding to more EU countries — if you're outside the Netherlands, check back soon.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside the supplier's country of origin, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If tracking hasn't updated after a couple of weeks, contact us and we'll look into it.
Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually update it before the order is sent to our supplier, but can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.
